Wilmington Police arrest three men on gun charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested three men on gun charges.
On July 2, at approximately 11:23 a.m., members of the Safe Streets Task Force conducted a vehicle stop in the 400 block of Spruce Street. Police made contact with the driver – 18-year-old Ahjir Black – who was found to be wanted on an unrelated matter, and taken into custody without incident. Following a brief investigation, police also took two passengers – 18-year-old Ahmaj Boyd and 19-year-old Kevin Nash into custody without incident, and recovered a loaded 9mm handgun.
Ahjir Black has been charged with the following offenses in addition to his outstanding warrant:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Ahmaj Boyd has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited – Two Counts
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
Kevin Nash has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
