The emergency shelter opened at Waianae Intermediate School for residents impacted by the Maili wildland fire has been closed. Residents who sought shelter have been able to return to the area or have been assisted by the Red Cross.
Any impacted resident who has been displaced or indirectly impacted should call 1-800-RED-CROSS (800-733-2767) to report their situation and request assistance.
Residents wishing to report new power outages in their area can do so by calling HECO at 1-855-304-1212.
