VC23152(B): DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
LOCATION: 11000 Block of Virginia St., Adelanto
SUSPECT(S): Dante Washington, age of 52, resident of Adelanto
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Friday, July 4, 2025, deputies were in the area of Virginia Street and Jonathan Street in Adelanto when deputies heard yelling from a large group of people. Deputies saw a red colored pickup truck trying to crash into people standing in a driveway.
Deputies attempted to contact the driver of the truck who ran from the vehicle. After a short foot pursuit, Dante Washington was apprehended and arrested. Washington was transported to the High Desert Detention Center and book on PC245 and VC23152(B).
