Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Burglary Suspects
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in identifying the suspects pictured below, who stole a victim’s bicycle and wallet containing personal belongings on July 5, 2025.
The burglary occurred after the victim parked his vehicle at approximately 9:35 p.m. in a parking lot on Elm Street, near New Jersey Railroad Avenue. Two male suspects were seen pulling door handles of several vehicles until they reached the victim’s car, which was unlocked. They ransacked the victim’s vehicle, took a wallet from the back seat, and a bicycle that was behind the car.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on the suspects’ identity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
