Train Crossing at North first/South first and North Main/ South Main 
There is a train sitting at the RR tracks on South First / North First as well as North Main/ South Main. It will be sitting for a few hours due to a small train derailment.Traffic is at a stand still. Williamson St is blocked however College St and Salem St is open. We will be diverting traffic to other routes.
