FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A frontal boundary will collide with a tropical airmass and
    produce widespread showers and thunderstorms Tuesday
    afternoon into Tuesday night. Rainfall rates of up to 2
    inches per hour or more will be possible, leading to flash
    flooding.
