Newark Public Safety Officer Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., seeks the public’s assistance in locating Destiny Craig, 26, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that occurred on Friday, June 20, 2025.
At approximately 12:18 a.m., Police responded to the 300 block of Leslie Street on a call of shots fired. Responding Officers located two women who had each been struck by gunfire. Both victims were transported to University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening gunshot injuries.
Detectives investigating this incident are seeking Ms. Craig for questioning regarding this incident.
