In southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon and evening could produce heavy rain.
