INCIDENT: Murder-Suicide
LOCATION: 18500 Block of Symeron Road, Apple Valley
DECEDENT1: Jeri White, 30-year-old Female, Resident of Apple Valley
DECEDENT2: Aaron White, 34-year-old Male, Resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at about 12:20 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a residence in Apple Valley for a report of a deceased person. The caller reported she went to the location to check on her sister and found Jeri White, and Jeri's husband, Aaron White, deceased inside the bedroom.
Deputies arrived and discovered both subjects had been shot. The Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail also responded and assumed the investigation. Detectives investigated the incident and determined Aaron shot Jeri and then shot himself.
