June 15th
Warrant Arrest - San Pablo Ave. / Cutting Blvd.
At 2:57 AM, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop and arrested the driver for two outstanding warrants. After booking, the driver was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
June 16th
Theft – 1300 block of Arlington Blvd.
At 5:09 PM an officer reports that AT&T copper wires were stolen from the area.
June 17th
Tampering with a Vehicle – 400 block of Colusa Ave.
At 8:47 AM, the victim reports their vehicle was broken into, the interior rummaged through, but nothing stolen.
Burglary – 10900 block of San Pablo Ave.
At 8:59 AM an officer saw a damaged front door to an abandoned building. No one was located inside, and it is unclear if anything was stolen.
Auto Burglary – 2900 block of San Mateo St.
At 3:12 PM the victim reported that their vehicle was broken into, and miscellaneous items were stolen.
Drunk in Public – 225 El Cerrito Plaza. (Trader Joe’s):
At 4:39 PM an officer placed the suspect under arrest after they were found intoxicated in front of the business. The suspect was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
June 18th
Vandalism – 1300 block of Rifle Range Rd.
At 5:40 AM, an officer reports that AT&T wires were cut and dangling in the area.
June 19th
Theft – 1500 block of Lexington Ave.
At 1:53 AM, an officer reports that AT&T copper wires were stolen from the area.
Warrant Arrest – San Pablo Ave. / Potrero Ave.
At 9:27 AM an officer arrested a subject on a warrant and transported them to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Threats to Harm / Theft from Person / Assault with a Deadly Weapon (not a firearm) – 10800 block San Pablo Ave.
At 12:38 PM the suspect threatened to harm the victim, attempted to assault them, and stole the victim’s property. The suspect was arrested, booked at the police station and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Theft – 5400 block of Barrett Ave.
At 11:26 AM, AT&T representatives advised copper wire was stolen in the area.
Driving Under the Influence - San Pablo Ave.
At 1:34 AM, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop and arrested the driver for driving under the influence. After booking, the driver was issued a citation and released to a sober party.
June 20th
Petty Theft – 9943 San Pablo Ave. (Nails by Vivian):
At 1:28 PM, an officer reports an unidentified suspect stole property sometime yesterday.
Public Intoxication - Fairmount Ave. / Lexington Ave.
At 11:15 PM, officers were dispatched to the area for a subject standing in the roadway. Officers contacted the subject and determined he was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Officers placed him under arrest and transported him to the Martinez Detention Facility.
June 21st
Auto Burglary - 10700 Block of San Pablo Ave.
At 2:25 AM, an officer reported 3 or 4 suspects smashed a window of the victim’s vehicle and rummaged through it. No property loss.
Driving Under the Influence - 5920 Cutting Blvd. (Jack in the Box):
At 4:22 AM, officers were dispatched to the area for an intoxicated subject in the drive through causing a disturbance. Officers contacted the subject and determined he was intoxicated and placed him under arrest for DUI. After booking, the subject was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
