June 22^nd

June 23^rd 
Driving Under the Influence - San Diego St. / Yosemite Ave.
At 1:01 AM, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop. During the DUI investigation, officers found the driver to be under the influence. The driver was arrested, booked at the El Cerrito Police Department and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Warrant Arrest - San Pablo Ave. / Knott Ave.
At 3:26 AM, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop. During an investigation, officers found the suspect and passenger to have an active warrant out of Vacaville PD. The driver and passenger were arrested, booked at the El Cerrito Police Department and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

June 24^th

June 25^th
Warrant Arrest – Ashbury Ave. / Eureka Ave.
At 7:57 AM, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop. During the investigation, officers found the driver to have a warrant out of San Jose PD. The driver was arrested, booked at El Cerrito Police Department and released with a citation.

Vandalism - 11500 Block of San Pablo Ave.
At 12:34 PM, an officer reports a suspect vandalized the business and fled the area prior to police arrival.

Vandalism - 11700 Block of San Pablo Ave.
At 7:52 PM, an officer reports the suspect vandalized the victim’s vehicle and fled the area prior to police arrvial.

June 26^th
Warrant Arrest / Vandalism – 10770 San Pablo Ave. (Stiiizy):
At 2:15 PM, an officer reports a suspect vandalized the business. Officers arrived and positively identified the suspect. During the investigation, officers found the suspect to have an active warrant out of Santa Clara County. The subject was arrested, booked at El Cerrito Police Department and transported to Martinez Detention Facility.

Shoplift - 670 El Cerrito Plaza (CVS):
At 8:18 PM, an officer reports the suspect took merchandise and exited the store without paying. The suspect fled the area prior to officers arrival.

Public Intoxication – 9901 San Pablo Ave. (Chipotle):
At 10:31 PM, officers were dispatched to the area for a subject sleeping inside the restaurant. Officers contacted the subject and determined the subject was intoxicated and unable to care for themselves. The subject was arrested and had a medical emergency. The subject was treated and released from AMR and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

June 27^th
Grand Theft –  Ohio Ave / Conlon Ave. (Baxter Creek):
At 8:27 AM, an officer reports a theft of copper wire from city light poles.

Identity Theft – 1300 block of Lawrence St.
At 11:01 AM, an officer reports a suspect intercepted a check mailed by the victim.  The suspect altered and cashed the check elsewhere.

Grand Theft – Rifle Range Rd. / Atwell Rd.
At 1:44 PM, an officer reports theft of copper wire.

Theft by False Pretense – 800 block of Seaview Dr.
At 4:23 PM, an officer reports a suspect scammed the victim out of money.

Burglary – 6500 Block of Donal Ave.
At 9:53 AM, an officer reports a suspect entered the victim’s residence and stole an electric scooter. The suspect fled prior to police arrival.

June 28^th
Theft by False Pretense – 7000 block of Carol Ct.
At 1:54 PM, an officer reports the victim tricked out of money.
