* WIND...Sustained southwest to west winds near 20 mph, with gusts near 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity values as low as 5 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
