* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 845 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated runoff from earlier heavy rainfall causing minor flooding along Abbotts creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... High Point, Lexington, Thomasville, Welcome and High Rock Lake.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DAVIDSON, NC
