The railroad crossing arms at the intersection of Duarte Road and Highland Avenue are currently down in all directions, causing traffic delays and a blockage at the crossing. Other nearby intersections may also be affected.

The City has contacted Metro, and their team is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
