Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Auto Burglary Suspect
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in identifying the male suspect pictured below, who took a victim’s personal belongings from an unlocked work truck on Saturday, July 5, 2025.
Police responded to the incident, which occurred at approximately 6 a.m. at Texeira’s Bakery in the 100 block of Kossuth Street. The victim, who drove a dairy work truck, stopped at the bakery to make a delivery. While he was inside the bakery warehouse, surveillance video captured the suspect taking the victim’s personal belongings from the truck, which was unlocked. The items included his wallet, lunchbox, and his company’s computer tablet.
The suspect was driving a Lincoln Aviator with back rims, a panoramic roof, and two fictitious New York registrations (LVG1738)
