Gloucester Township Police CRIME ADVISORY- Car Burglar/ Theft Crews Hitting Gloucester Township, New Jersey And Surrounding Towns This July 2025.
Since early July, GTPD and surrounding area Police Departments have taken numerous reports of stolen unlocked vehicles with the key FOB left inside, burglary of unlocked vehicles, and attempted entry into locked vehicles by crews of criminals.
Even with our GTPD Officers conducting extra overnight neighborhood patrols, between answering calls for service, we recently had TWO STOLEN VEHICLES where the key FOB was left inside the interior and several vehicles entered due to them being UNLOCKED.
