* Locations impacted include... Richmond Hill, Tybee Island, Coffee Bluff, Windsor Forest, Midtown Savannah, Hunter Army Airfield, Downtown Savannah, Wilmington Island, Hutchinson Island and Fort Pulaski National Monument. This includes the following highways... I-95 in Georgia between mile markers 84 and 94. I-516 near mile marker 3.
