* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving torrential downpours continue over the northern Coastal Plain. This activity is expected to dissipate after 2 AM within the watch area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HALIFAX ... FRANKLIN ... NASH ... EDGECOMBE ... WILSON
