* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. Rainfall amounts between 2 and 3 inches, with locally higher amounts are expected this morning. Additional heavy rainfall is expected this afternoon and evening.
* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, and south central Iowa, including the following counties, in central Iowa, Grundy, Jasper, Marshall, Poweshiek and Tama. In northeast Iowa, Black Hawk. In south central Iowa, Mahaska and Marion.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
