At 550 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Bellinger Hill Area, moving northeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Tybee Island, Bellinger Hill Area, Fort Pulaski National Monument, Hutchinson Island, Wilmington Island, Downtown Savannah, Jasper and Hardeeville. This includes I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 2 and 8.
