At 1016 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary extending from 8 miles east of House to 10 miles southeast of Bellview, moving south at 30 mph. Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are located behind this boundary much farther north toward Interstate 40 between Tucumcari and Glenrio. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Clovis, Tucumcari, Quay, Texico, Melrose, San Jon, Grady, House, Wheatland and Broadview. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 329 and 373. Highway 60 between Mile Markers 346 and 397. State Road 104 between Mile Markers 104 and 105.
