Flood Advisory until 04:00PM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Nolan and Sterling.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 202 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, with up to 2 inches of rainfall possible. Minor flooding is expected to result from this rain in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Blackwell, Sanco, E.V. Spence Reservoir Near Paint Creek Recreation Area, Silver, Fort Chadbourne and Oak Creek Reservoir. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
