At 447 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles east of Noblesville, or 10 miles west of Anderson, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Anderson, Fishers, Noblesville, Lapel, and Edgewood. This includes Interstate 69 between mile markers 210 and 211.
