* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall has occurred earlier this morning. Although only light rainfall is expected, floodwaters remain in many areas. Low water crossings and other flood prone areas may remain impassable into the afternoon hours until the water has a chance to recede.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Crockett and Schleicher.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1040 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the rainfall is coming to an end. Flooding is still ongoing. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
