* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Crockett and Schleicher.
* WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1125 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 2 to 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
