Flood Advisory until 10:30PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following county, Madison.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 748 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Anderson, Pendleton, Lapel, Edgewood, Woodlawn Heights, Country Club Heights and River Forest. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
