Flood Watch until 02:00AM Tuesday

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following area, New Castle, northeast Maryland, including the following areas, Kent MD, Queen Annes and Talbot, New Jersey, including the following areas, Camden, Gloucester, Northwestern Burlington, Salem, Sussex and Western Monmouth, and northeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Carbon and Monroe.

* WHEN...From this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are likely in the watch area. Localized rainfall totals may reach 3 to 5 inches in just an hour or two, which would result in flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
