Flood Advisory until 04:00AM Monday 
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Kinney, Real and Uvalde.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1233 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Camp Wood, Montell, Laguna, Barksdale and Reagan Wells. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
