* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, Llano, Real, Travis, Uvalde, Val Verde and Williamson.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Many rivers are already running high and fast and would respond quickly to the quick heavy downpours.
