...The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio TX has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas... Frio River Below Dry Frio affecting Uvalde County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Frio River below Dry Frio.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding reaches secondary and primary roads and low bridges.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 1.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 13.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.5 feet on 10/19/1985. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
