UPDATE - JULY 14, 2025:
The Green Bay Police Department has received notification from the Chicago Police Department that the stolen Prevea Health shuttle van has been recovered.
The van was located in Chicago on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
No further information is currently planned for release.
UPDATE - JULY 9, 2025:
The Green Bay Police Department is no longer searching for a carjacking suspect who reportedly stole a Prevea Health shuttle van.
Jerilyn Soto, 46, of Keshena was taken into custody on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, in Chicago with the assistance of the Chicago Police Department.
Soto allegedly stole the van at knifepoint on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from a Prevea Health employee who was on duty at HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center, 1726 Shawano Avenue.
At this time, the van has not been recovered. It is a 2022 dark gray Chrysler Pacifica with Wisconsin license plate #35729AFT and has a white triangular topper with “Prevea Health Patient Shuttle” and the phone number of 615-0985.
Fortunately, at this time, no one is believed to have been injured.
