WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following areas, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset and Warren and Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Berks, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lehigh, Lower Bucks, Northampton, Philadelphia, Upper Bucks, Western Chester and Western Montgomery.
WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Tuesday.
IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
