LOCATION: 19000 block of El Mirage Road, El Mirage
SUSPECT(S): Lairen Molzahn, age of 38, resident of Victorville
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 6:29 p.m., deputies responded to a call of an assault around the area of Sheep Creek Road and El Mirage Road in El Mirage. It was reported that the female attempted to make a U-turn on a property and while doing so, an adult male shot at her and an unknown male.
During the investigation, it was determined the suspect, Lairen Molzahn, and the unknown male were stealing items from the property and the property owner arrived and displayed a firearm. No evidence of gunfire were located during the investigation.
Molzahn was arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center and booked on the above charges. The unknown male fled the scene before deputies arrived.
