* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Dimmit, Kinney, Maverick, Uvalde and Zavala.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eagle Pass, Brackettville, Spofford, Quemado, Chula Vista, Darling, Paloma, Anacacho, Radar Base, Normandy, Dabney, Rosita, Cometa, Laughlin AFB Aux Field, Elm Creek, Siesta Acres, Fabrica, Seco Mines, Las Quintas Fronterizas and Eidson Road. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
