The Flood Warning will expire at 1215 AM EDT early this morning for portions of southern Connecticut, including the following area, Fairfield, northeast New Jersey, including the following area, Bergen, and southeast New York, including the following areas, Rockland and Westchester. The heavy rain has ended and flood waters are receding. Flash flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat, but please continue to heed remaining road closures.
