* WHERE...In Minnesota, Pine County and Wisconsin, Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Sawyer and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Red Cliff Band, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the northwestern county of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Bad River Reservation, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley and, Lena Lake counties. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island.
* WHEN...From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stationary front will bring heavy rainfall which may lead to rapid runoff and flash flooding this afternoon through Tuesday night.
