* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Middlesex and Somerset.
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported continued road closures and flooding along Green Brook and Bound Brook due to thunderstorms Monday evening. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - For Bound Brook at Middlesex: At 6:00am the stage was 11.42 feet.
