Activity for July 14, 2025:
- Officer Bean responded to the 100 block of West Washington Avenue for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was located in the 100 block of West Wesley Street, but the license plate was missing. The license plate was entered into the national database as stolen.
- Officer Brooker was dispatched to a traffic crash near West North Street and Bush Street. A 39-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
- Officer Bean met with officers from the Kalamazoo Police Department for a warrant pick-up. A 33-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Richardson responded to the 300 block of East Porter Street for an assault. A 38-year-old male was arrested for malicious destruction of property, and felonious assault.
- Officer Jones and Officer Softic were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Van Buren Street. The 22-year-old male suspect fled the area, and has not been located.
- Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop at East Michigan Avenue and North Horton Street. The 43-year-old female driver was arrested for possession of narcotics, and an outstanding felony warrant.
