Wilmington Police issue Gold Alert for missing person: 
The Wilmington Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for 72-year-old Charles Etwell, and is asking the public for assistance.
Charles Etwell is 72 years old, and was last seen on July 14 in the 200 block of 8th Avenue. He is described as a Black male, approximately 5’8” tall, weighing about 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black and white sneakers.
Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Charles Etwell to please contact the Wilmington Police Department at 302-654-5151.
