This Flood Advisory replaces the Flash Flood Warning.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Kinney, Real and Uvalde.
* WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 824 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Uvalde, Rocksprings, Leakey, Camp Wood, Montell, Barksdale, Laguna, Vance, Reagan Wells, Cline, Alamo Village, Garner State Park, Rio Frio, Concan, Blewett, Dabney, Uvalde Estates, Turkey Mountain, Kickapoo Cavern State Park and Devil's Sinkhole State Natural Area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
