* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Middlesex and Somerset.
* WHEN...Until 115 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 951 AM EDT, local law enforcement continues to report numerous road closures due to flooding. Between 3 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
