* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Concho, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, San Saba, Schleicher, Sutton and Tom Green.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Although widespread heavy rain is not expected, scattered showers and storms are expected to redevelop across portions of West Central Texas this afternoon and continue to around sunset. These storms will be capable of producing a up to 3 inches of additional rainfall in a short amount of time. With soils already saturated, this additional rain would quickly produce flooding.
* AFFECTED AREAS: TOM GREEN ... CONCHO ... SCHLEICHER ... SUTTON ... BROWN ... MCCULLOCH ... SAN SABA ... MENARD ... KIMBLE ... MASON
