* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, Llano, Medina, Real and Uvalde.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An upper level disturbance over Central Texas combined with abundant moisture are likely to bring another chance for heavy rain across parts of the Southern Edwards Plateau and Hill Country. Rain rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour could lead to flooding over areas affected by earlier heavy rain. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches with isolated totals up to 4 inches is possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
