Wellness Wednesday! 8 a.m., July 15th at 4th Precinct, 247 16th Avenue 
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda invites Police, Firefighters, members of the Office of Emergency Management, and the community to partner for Wellness Wednesdays.
Beginning at 8 a.m. each Wednesday before Labor Day, everyone is invited to participate in an activity designed to enhance their physical and mental well-being through a weekly outdoor run.
The next Wellness Wednesdays run will be held on July 16th at the 4th Precinct, 247 16th Avenue. Please arrive by 7:45 a.m. for a pre-run stretch. Dress in activewear and sneakers to participate.
New run locations will be announced each week. All are welcome.
