Flood Advisory until 10:00PM 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of West Tennessee, including the following counties, Gibson, Obion and Weakley.
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 649 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martin, Union City, Dresden, South Fulton, Troy, Kenton, Obion, Sharon, Latham, Rives, Mount Pelia, Gardner, Terrell, Shaffner, Sidonia, Gibbs, McConnell, McCutchen Heights, Ralston and Moffatt. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
