...Observed flooding changed to Minor severity and increased in duration for the following rivers in Texas... Nueces River Below Uvalde affecting Uvalde County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Nueces River below Uvalde.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding nine miles southwest of Uvalde closes the Farm to Market 481 bridge floor. Livestock in the flood plain should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday was 11.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage this evening to 9.7 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then rise to 10.2 feet late tonight. It will fall to 3.6 feet early Sunday afternoon then rise again. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.8 feet on 08/12/2018. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
