* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, Llano, Medina, Real and Uvalde.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
