Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., seeks the public’s help in locating Akeim J. Richard, 53, of Newark, who was reported missing on Friday, June 27, 2025.
Mr. Richard was last seen on January 24, 2025, at Mountain View Place near Sanford Avenue. He is described as 5’10” tall, 220 pounds, and is known to walk with a blue rollator walker. Mr. Richard was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
