NOTICE is hereby given that the Merriam Woods Board of Aldermen will conduct a special-called OPEN meeting on July 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Merriam Woods Board Room located at 4417 State Highway 176, Merriam Woods, Missouri.  There will be limited seating in the Board Room.

• Best options to address Nate Bittner – low water pressure
• Presentation of the Candidates (each candidate is awarded 3 minutes to speak about their fit-to-serve as a City Official.

• Open Seats:  Mayor, Alderman Ward 1, Alderman Ward 2

• Selection of the candidates
• City form Language and accompanying ordinance changes resulting from revamped language on forms and permits
• Approval of required bi-annual table showing income/expenditures from January 1,, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
• Approval RESOLUTION for mid-year budget realignment to adhere to code requirements
• City Clerk - MONEY
