Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in locating Roberto Horace, 45, of Newark, who is wanted for questioning concerning a shooting that occurred on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
Police responded to a call of shots fired at approximately 1:25 a.m. in the 60 block of Stuyvesant Avenue between Abinger Place and South Orange Avenue. When officers arrived, they canvassed and secured the area, and located a shell casing and a bullet at an apartment building. No one was injured at the location.
